Beth Fisher- ITV Wales Sports Reporter & Welsh Hockey
This week's guest is ex-Welsh Hockey player and now ITV Wales Sports reporter, Beth Fisher. Beth, who was the first ever woman commentator on BBC Wales Sport has since moved into the world of television after a 20 year hockey career which saw her represent her country and now works as a sport reporter for ITV Wales.Beth talks about the fight for both equality in sport and in the sport media, facing adversity and her route to working in the media. Whilst understanding the privileged position she is in, she wants to use that as a voice for others, to spread awareness and challenge the status quo.
