Your goal should be to have full awareness of what's going on with any customer that's NOT 100% HAPPY with your company. Otherwise, it won't get resolved. If you deal with them and you address them, you could resolve it and move past it. It's when you don't deal with it that the people get really pissed off, and then it becomes a bigger issue.
