Movement! Like us Ollie is a former rugby player and years of abuse from a contact sport in rugby left him by no means flexible. But since finishing rugby 4 years ago he's dedicated himself and his clients to 'moving better' more often and with progressively increasing ranges of joint motion with strength and control.
