Episode 17 - Guests on Luke from PROVERB SKIN

This week we have a special treat for you when we were taking out of our comfort zone by an old rugby friend of Jacko's who (Luke Sherriff) owns a Lifestyle and Skin Care Brand - PROVERB SKIN! Rugby and skin care aren't something you'd often stick together but the brand is more about what Luke stands for and his bigger than life enthusiasm for everything and anything is infectious. He's been on his own Calisthenics journey as life and training after a professional rugby career with Harlequins and England 7's (he was quite a bit better than Jacko!) Luke's 'Fuelled by Life' message is his genuine personality lived out now through his brand and business. He loves our idea of 'redefining your impossible' and hoped he could get us to look after our face and skin as much as we do the rest of our bodies...!
