Run Grateful is a a social initiative aimed at cultivating a global running community with a focus on gratitude practice, using the power of movement as the vehicle, which Mark started just over a year ago during the COVID pandemic. Mark has a amazing story of how the 'birth' or Run Grateful happened almost by accident during a crazy 24 hours running challenge he took on but organically added this purposeful gratitude which Run Grateful grew out of. .
