Setting goals is a great starting point, but how do you go about setting out to achieving goals if the topic of discussion this week. It comes off the back of a few questions from listeners (and students in the Virtual Classroom) that have set some goals for 2020 and done a great job of working towards them within the first couple of weeks. But has time goes on and we come to the end of January, often those new good habits start to slip and then you're reminded by the fact that when you set goals in the past you never managed to stay on track and achieve them. So many of you were asking the question, How do I finish what I started? So for the podcast this week we look at how to stay on track and achieve your goals. We start with a zoomed out lens and discuss the importance of know yourself, your motivation and the why behind your goals. Before we come to the practical tips that we think are the most helpful for you during the quest of achieving the goals you've set for 2020.
