Find out about - Stamp duty holiday extension 95% LTV mortgages Mortgage Guarantee Scheme Corporation tax changes Self Employed Income Support The Basics of the Budget 2021 Rishi Sunak announced an extension to the stamp duty land tax until 30 June 2021 for properties under £500,000. From 30 June to 30 September this will be reduced to £250,000; and from 1 October 2021 this will be back to the original cap of £125,000. Rishi also announced a 95% LTV mortgage guarantee scheme which will be launched on 1st April 2021. Watch this space for more details of this coming soon!
