Dean Gleeson - Facing fears, Stone cold parents, Owning a business & Suffering with Ulcerative Colitis.

I sit down with Dean Gleeson, co-founder of Mengo Male Grooming in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.   I have been a client of Mengo for years now and I really admire what both Asa & Dean have done. They have built an incredible brand which comes down to the hard work that both have put into the business. They have the drive and genuine ambition for growth. The future is looking bright.  In this episode, I was fortunate enough to have the company of Dean. We discuss his journey over his years. From a misbehaving youngster to an ambitious business man. It inspired me to hear how he dealt with the transition from working for somebody, to starting his own business with a friend.
