Türkiye NATO Sweden & Finland

Sweden and Finland's accession to NATO looked like a done deal, until one very geographically important member state decided to get in the way. Rob and Ruairi discuss why Türkiye is really doing this, what it hopes to achieve, and whether this can really prevent the two Nordic nations from joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. This episode utilizes Rob's half forgotten legal experience to do a bit of close reading of the trilateral memo between Finland Sweden and Türkiye from June that has failed to resolve this issue.  Rob also takes the opportunity to reminisce about the Turkey he used to live in and misses dearly.
