Boundaries are a huge struggle for so many people. I can’t tell you how many people I talk to that are overwhelmed by the “shoulds” and “to-dos” because they haven’t set boundaries in their lives. It’s way too easy to over-give, be a doormat, and not be able to say “no.” Don’t get me wrong. Many of us who struggle with boundaries are caring, loving, and giving people, and that’s a good thing! We don’t want to lose that! But we do need to set boundaries in order to protect us and our business, allow for self-care, and allow us to be able to give fully in the correct ways.
