61 Pleasure. What's it got to do with menopause?

Remember that scene in Friends …. it’s a flashback where Monica is about 17 and she’s trying to seduce Chandler in her mum’s kitchen and Rachel is coaching her on how to be sexy?  Rachel says ‘just act like everything around you turns you on’  To be honest, Rachel could make a bin bag look sexy, but Monica had to try a little harder.  But that’s the thing about ‘turn on’ - it’s a practice.  When it comes to menopause, pleasure is the last thing we think about when it comes to symptom help.   Diet, exercise, meditation, HRT and the like usually spring to mind first.  But pleasure is super powerful because of one teeny tiny chemical.   I won’t spoil the surprise yet, but if you listen to this episode, you'll find out.  This episode is for you if:  You feel that pleasure and the menopause just don’t mix.  You like the idea of pleasure but you keep bumping it for other things.  You keep looking outside of yourself for pleasure (food, sex, work, socials, projects) but at the end of the day you still feel empty.   Inside this episode I’ll reveal my 3 suggestions for helping you create more pleasure in your life without anything external.  Links:Huffington Post Article on KarezzaThe Rechargable BreathJoin the waitlist for The Sleep Super Power AcademySupport the show
