Alain explains that the three secrets to strong leaders are: Connection, Communication and Collaboration Only 23% of people think their leaders lead well - leadership is a relationship and people choose to follow their leaders. We need to learn that what we do or don't do as leaders matter. One of the biggest leadership issues today is that 21st Century leaders are trying to lead others with the leadership mentality born out of the Industrial Age.
