The nuptials are upon us! Three weddings, three first kisses, three awkward first dances. Overall the women seem more excited than the men, but they all have the opportunity to grow together. Katie and Derek plan their trip to Thailand at their reception as she melts into his arms. Jessica and Austin's awkwardness really gels together and they're working!
