In this week’s podcast episode I am talking about how you get back on track when you’re feeling deflated, demotivated and stuck. We are 3 days into half term and if you have kids like me, you may be feeling stuck on how to look after your kids and work on your business. There are 5 things I share in the podcast: Ask for help! See if anyone can look after the kids so you can have a chunk of time to get some important work done. Have 2 lists. One with everything that needs to be done that week, month etc and another one with new ideas. This should be a place to note down ideas and not take you off track on the other tasks. Can you delegate any tasks? Look to outsource any tasks that you don't want to do which then leaves you to focus on the tasks which move the business forward. Even having someone to answer your phone calls so you never miss an enquiry, I use answer.co.uk which is a pay as you go service. The next thing is just sitting down in a quiet space and completing the tasks that need doing. Methodically and patiently. Finally, reconnect with your goals and think what you would like your life and business to look like? Sometimes just saying it out loud, writing it on your vision board or even journaling can help you to plan how to get there and making decisions towards this.
