I find working with someone who is outside of the business, super valuable as they can make you think about your goals, give clear guidance and offer ideas and new ways to get there. Join us! You have to get in front of your client more than once for them to really know who you are in order to buy. They need to know, like and trust you! Don’t worry about being too sales either. Respond quickly & professionally Are you responding to all enquiries when they come in, do you have a auto responder set up when you don’t answer or are on holiday? If you do not reply to an enquiry quickly then the potential client has most probably found another landscaper and started their journey with them. Follow up always! Have you been following up open quotes consistently? These follow ups can start the conversation again (if it’s gone quiet) with you and the client to book in their dream garden or they can let you know where they stand with you so then you’re not wasting your precious time.
