Time + Focus = The Real Cost To Your Business

In this week’s podcast episode I am talking about the real cost to your business growth looking at where you’re spending your time and your focus. Do you switch tasks or focus on the easier tasks first? You’ll have normal tasks which you need to do however, they don’t move your business forward. You need to allow yourself to have chunks of time that you can use to focus on one task in order to grow your business. The way you spend your time and focus is the real cost to your business. What things do you want to implement that will move your business forward? Are there things that have been on your to do lists for weeks or months? Or have you created a big plan at the beginning of the year which you haven’t got round to actioning yet. For example, I want to grow my landscaping business by finding staff and I have outsourced this to a recruitment company to find the right people however I still need to look at the processes, create a system, implement training plans and marketing strategies to ensure there is work to cover another team.
