In this weeks episode I am sharing with you something that has really helped myself and my business grow…outsourcing! Do you outsource any tasks in your business or personal life? Outsourcing is a fancy term to say you basically get someone else to do certain things that you do not enjoy doing or want to spend time doing. What can I outsource? You could outsource payroll, tax returns, creating content plans, SEO, social media, ads etc. You can outsource pretty much any task. But why should you outsource? Outsourcing tasks allows you to spend time doing other things! Whether that is spending more time with your family, working ON the business rather than in it or freeing up some time for yourself - this is the only way to get your business growing. The first step is identifying what do you love doing in your business and what you hate doing. For example; I love talking to TLC members and supporting them however, I dislike doing all the admin tasks so I outsource this.
