Surviving Christmas

In this week’s podcast episode, I am talking about the subject of Surviving Christmas as a small business owner or entrepreneur. It can be a stressful time for everyone at this time of year but as a business owner in the landscaping industry we are all preparing for the Christmas closure and well earned break. In this episode I am sharing a handful of things you can do in your business to be more prepared and less stressed for Christmas. It isn’t rocket science but what I am talking about is the importance of running the numbers, completing the cashflow and invoicing early in order to stand your business in good stead for the impending weeks of non-earning time.
