Return On Investment (ROI)

In this week’s podcast episode, I am talking about the subject of Return On Investment (ROI) but not just for marketing, but in all areas of your business. It may not be the most glamorous subject but it is definitely one to keep your eye on at any time you are questioning things in your business. I have been chatting with various members of the landscaper’s circle community and having conversations arounds marketing strategy, goal setting, lead generation and staff. Plus many are feeling the pinch at this time of the year when the weather is unforgiving and pretty much stops play plus we are heading into the Christmas closure period. That is why I am highlighting the importance of ROI. The usual thing to assess for return on investment purposes is your marketing strategies but I am also asking you to apply this assessment to your staff! Yes it can be triggering but I am asking not to get emotionally attached to your decisions but instead to go with your gut.
