In this week’s podcast episode I am joined by Bryan M Clayton, the founder of GreenPal and ex-landscaper. In this episode we are giving you tips for you and your landscaping business. Who is Bryan M Clayton? Bryan is the Co Founder and CEO of GreenPal an app and online platform that connects homeowners with local lawncare providers. This app is currently only available in the US but will be available in the UK in the future. What makes this podcast so interesting is that Bryan started in the landscaping industry with his own landscaping business Peach Tree a company that he grew to over 125 employees and sold in 2013. So what are Bryan’s tips for running and building a successful landscaping company: You have to make time to work on the business. Dedicate 10% of your time to work on the business at least. You need to prioritise working on yourself, learning how to market, how to do the book keeping, sales, processes etc. It was a fantastic conversation with lots of information that I know you will love.
