Is Now A Good Time For Extra Staff?

In today’s podcast episode Paula and Charlotte are talking about extra staff and what options you have.Your options:EmployeesApprenticeSub ContractorHiring a virtual assistant TLC done for you services/OutsourcingDuring this time period the industry is super busy, so it is whether you can sustain to afford when maybe later on in the year it won’t be as busy. There are many areas you need to think about before having extra staff. Try forward planning so before the busy periods you have a couple sub contractors come in for a few months at a time or you outsource the admin during that period. For 10 minutes write down everything you do for your business and access what you would like to outsource, employ someone else to do etc. For example, do you need someone who can post on social for you or an admin assistant who is going to do your invoicing?
