Distraction & Commitment

In this week’s podcast episode, I am discussing two important factors for your life and your business - Distraction & Commitment. When we do not control our distractions and focus, then we can quickly begin to feel overwhelmed and stressed. This then impacts on how we show up for our commitments. Commitments can be anything from a 1:1 coaching call to group coaching sessions to completing that course you purchased to going out with your friends to finishing work early to see your family and much more. When you don’t show up for your commitments you are not fully committed to the decision you made.
