Today’s episode is giving you an insight into our day to day work. We use a website called Asana to keep track of any tasks that need doing or any reminders we want to set for our work colleagues or ourselves. A feature of Asana which is very useful is it’s an add in for Outlook so we can set tasks to reply to an email. In this episode, we show you how to use Asana and reports in your design or landscaping business.A few tasks that we have set is:-Social Media monthly report to keep track of follower’s growth, profile views, website clicks, best times to post when most of our followers are active, reach, impressions. Also, to see any theme or content doing well-Making a process document to show how other people do things if someone is on holiday or promoted to another job etc.-Customer service reports including how many clients are on the waitlist, downloading free resources and how people have accessed the website by using Google Analytics. Also, most asked questions and how many questions were answered by each person and any membership enquires.-Emails so seeing the open rate and how many clients click the link in the email.-Reports on any surveys for example a ‘How did I do’ survey in your email signature-Monthly Facebook Group report to see what posts are most interactive with and the engagement stats.-Done-for-you services report to see the sales and enquires coming in and how many people view the page.
