Charlotte, Paula and Mike were feeling like their businesses weren’t moving forward in a unified front, so they organised a meeting to set out plans for the future. Here’s how you can have an effective planning meeting: Start with your big visions between 5-10 years focusing around the business but also personal goals. Then brainstorm where you want the business to be by the end of 2021, 2022 - 2025 and 2025+. Finally, write down this year’s milestones and deadlines for different tasks. For example, Paula needs to order new uniforms by the end of this month. Having these meetings with your teams every month or three months will help with your path of where your business is going.
