How do you work together and live together? A big positive is being able to share this business journey together, the only downside is everything can turn into work 24/7. However this is managed through setting clear, agreed boundaries. What’s one piece of advice you’d give to other landscapers? Sam’s Advice: Outsourcing the small but time consuming tasks. Dulcie’s Advice: Setting boundaries for yourself and finding something you enjoy outside of work. How do you see TLC supporting you in your next step in your business? ‘I would say helping us refine those systems and processes, it’s nice to have that support in your journey as you go along too.’ Would you advise working with your other half in your business? Definitely one hundred percent if they can bring with them a skill set that will improve the business to work together.
