3 Tips to Getting More Enquiries & Paying Clients

In this week’s podcast episode I am giving you tips on how to generate more enquiries and make more sales. I have been having many conversations with people in the industry and our amazing TLC members and they have noticed a lower level of enquiries happening at the moment. With that in mind I thought a podcast to help generate more enquiries would be pretty timely 😊 Have you been getting a slower level of enquires compared to last year or the last quarter? If so this episode is for you. Consistency -  Being consistent in your branding, for example having your brand EVERYWHERE - on uniform, social media, vans etc. Also using your brand colours on social posts, then people will start to recognise your posts by colour and associate with you and your business. Reviewing your marketing (regularly!) - Asking clients where they found you and keeping an accurate enquiry log is key here. You will need data in order to review and see what's working and what's not working, so you can do more of the marketing that works and less of what doesn’t. Following up - Are you guilty of not following up every lead? We can all be guilty of this particularly when it is really busy, however this is an important factor in converting more. Also look at how you follow up quotes too.
