Wild Palms

We end TV Movie Month by looking at a cyberpunk miniseries that shares its DNA with another well-known miniseries: Wild Palms. Starring Jim Belushi as Harry Wyckoff, a patent attorney tasked with finding a long-lost flame's missing son. The job eventually leads him into the high-stakes world of religion, mind control, and virtual reality. It's a wild ride that doesn't necessarily stick the landing but still manages to be entertaining.
