Today’s guest is Mariela Marcantetti, Co-Founder and CEO, Furless Permanent and Furless Beauty Institute.  Her mission is to rid people of unwanted hair and make every client and student journey well informed, seamless, and with the best interest of the client’s skin, development.She opened the business in 2016 with one Therapist and one Intern, and now the business is composed of over 30 top-notch skin and hair removal industry experts and educators assisting clients and students across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Mariela has been balancing the business growth with a growing family and more recently seeing the importance of valuing self-care and looking after yourself. She is committed to responsible and sustainable corporate practices and has an active role in her staff’s professional and personal advancement within the skincare and hair removal fields and beyond.
