Dónal Foreman is an Irish filmmaker "living somewhere between Dublin and New York City" who has already made his mark on Irish cinema with his first two features, Out of Here and The Image You Missed. Now with his third feature, The Cry of Granuaile, which plays at Irish Film Festival London 2022, he sets out explore mythology, history and grief in his own inimitable way.
