#36 - Barbara Stewart: How Would Birth Look in an Ideal World?
Born Free Method: The Podcast - A podcast by Nathan Riley - Wednesdays

Barbara Stewart is a nature loving mother and wife who spent 10 years of her life traveling the world. After growing up in The Netherlands and deciding that studying law was too boring for her, she became a holistic chef and masseuse. She moved to the US in 2017, where she now lives with her husband and three children. Being able to give birth to her first child at home in The Netherlands gave her a feel for what she believes birth is meant to be like, and she is passionate about helping women manifest a ceremonial and empowering birthing experience. Besides making art, dancing, playing with her kids and spending most of her time in the kitchen fermenting, baking and preparing food. She is currently working on a documentary about sacred motherhood and is building sustainable communities where health and wellness stand central.
