Whilst we’re often encouraged to look after our physical health, today’s episode is all about how we can look after our mental health which is just as important. Deborah, Eloise and Hugo share how baking, getting outside in nature, laughter and dancing helps keep them feeling calm, as well as speaking with Child Psychologist Hannah Abrahams about koala cuddles and the ‘toolbox’ we all have to help us if we’re struggling.
