So Long 2020!

On this week’s episode of the Geek Gossip, Jack and Artie kick off the last episode of 2020 with a review of the new Pixar movie, Soul, and then move on to break down the promo video Nintendo released of the new theme park, Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan. We also discuss the new Daft Punk album, the complete edition of the electronic duo’s original motion picture score for TRON Legacy. In Tales From the Dollar Bin, we review something a little newer than most dollar bin reads but is definitely dollar bin related. That something is King Size Conan #1, an anthology issue that celebrates the 50th anniversary of Conan the Barbarian being published by Marvel. It features stories by Roy Thomas, Chris Claremont, Kevin Eastman and more. To wrap up this episode, we take our picks on what some of the best movies and TV shows of the year were. We also recall that 2020 was the year we started our podcast and we discuss how we got started, the major milestones we hit, and the amazing people that got us there.
