Javier becomes obsessed with the family that moves in and things start to turn pretty nasty from here on out. Directed by the Pastor brothers, The Occupant is an interesting take on the evils of greed and the things people do to cling onto money and power. Wanna know more? Surviving a car accident, Michelle (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), is forced to stay in a bunker by Howard, a brilliant performance by John Goodman because Aliens may or may not have infected the world outside with poison. Zak Gottsagen plays Zak,  a 22 year old with Downs Syndrome who runs away from his care home to pursue his dream of becoming a wrestler. On his journey he meets Tyler (Labeouf), an outlaw on the run, and the two form unlikely friendship. This film is definitely worth a watch due to its feelgood nature, and we could all do with some goodness right now. Check out the show to learn more about this hidden gem and other films.
