First up, action/thriller Outside the Wire, starring Anthony Mackie and Damson Idris. Damson plays a peacekeeping officer assigned to assist Mackie on a dangerous mission in war torn Ukraine. One of the two is a rookie and one is a state-of-the-art android. Who’s who? Listen to the show to find out. The second film we review is Songbird, a film about a global pandemic, which was filmed during the real Covid-19 pandemic. Does the interesting premise make for a memorable watch though?
