The Power of Accountability
There's an old saying that goes: "If you want to go fast then go alone if you want to go far then go together". Humans are 'pack animals'. We can achieve incredible things if we are surrounded by the right people and working toward a collective movement. Yet often pride and ego can stand in the way of us asking for help or seeking out accountability from a third party. Todays podcast explores the value that can be had in being accountable to somebody else (as well as our own goals and motivations). How significant can the threat of letting somebody else down or the fear of being seen to be somebody who doesn't take action be on adding fuel to the flames of our actions?
