First, an ordinary man becomes obsessed with the Doctor and Rose and their mysterious blue box. His investigations lead him to meet other like-minded Doctor "fans" and together they form a hobby group called LINDA, which gains the attention of the enigmatic Victor Kennedy, who is more than what he seems.
