Ep. 53 - Let Thy Food Be My Medicine, with Jim Gale

On this episode of the Deep Share, Jim Gale, the owner of Food Forest Abundance, joins me to talk about permaculture and how food forest design can have a massive impact on our whole paradigm. Jim launched his company in 2020 and they have been helping people design food forests on their own properties across the country and are growing worldwide. Jim is a passionate man with a clear vision for all of us, and not only does he understand the world of permaculture, but he also understands what we're up against. His aim is to show people how growing your own food is more than just a hobby - it can be a path to a more liberated life. Our modern society does a bang up job convincing most that growing food is difficult, but in truth - it doesn't have to be. Taking care of your own nutrition is really an ancient rite, in a way. It's a mechanism the machine has famously used against us. The more responsibility we take for ourselves the weaker that machine becomes. Enjoy!
