In fact, it can feel uncertain and downright scary.  Here’s the thing, as women in a patriarchal society, we’ve been socialized to put the needs of others before our own. So it’s going to feel shitty when we choose to respond to our own needs first. And that’s okay.   It’s time to choose YOU, my gorgeous friend.
