Rooting to the Earth Meditation

2023 is a seven year in numerological terms and this means that it is a time of expansion, the time to take a leap of faith and leaning into the yearning that we have for our spiritual development. But before we start to grow and work with the energy of the seventh chakra we need to be grounded. So this meditation is a deeply grounding meditation where we connect with the land, the Earth, rooting ourselves deeply so that we are strong, stable and secure enough to make the transitions, journeys and discoveries that our heart desires.I mention at the end that I will be opening up a few spaces to work one on one with me to facilitate your journey - whatever that may be.
