Oh my goodness! How often do we tell ourselves we should be doing this or that, should be doing more, should be better? Too much right? It's such a destructive inner narrative that instills the belief that we are not enough. At this time of year especially, when there are so many demands on us, it is really important to be kind to ourselves and acknowledge that we are doing our best, that we only have so much time and energy to give. Beginning to remove the "shoulds" from our life is such an act of self-love! Take your time to do this meditation and use any part of it to meditate in your own time to really dig deep into letting go of those thoughts that no longer serve you.
