Intention Finding Meditation

Today we are going to revisit a theme that we did at the same time last year and the only one that seems very appropriate, and that is of setting intentions. Now, it seems very last century to set yourself a New Years Resolution but the word still means to hold intent, an aim, an aspiration, a pledge. But an intention feels less bossy! An intention has desire behind it rather than the inflexible goal that a resolution seems to hold.You may have a clear idea of your intention for the next year of your life but it’s ok and frankly perfectly normal to not know what intention we should be setting for ourselves. If you have your intention set then this meditation will consolidate in your mind what you want, but if you are unsure then hopefully you will have a clear idea of your intention’s direction very soon!Today we are going to work out what your intention is by scanning through our chakras to see what our true energetic desires are for ourselves in the coming year. To find out what we want more of and what we want less of in our lives. I understand that we don’t always know what we want or desire and so using the chakras is the perfect way to find out what sits as true for us.Special announcement!
