The Pacific Golden Crab is pretty hard to catch. It lives deep in the ocean, so you have to go a fair way off the coast to find it. Jason Georgoulis almost gave up trying. But after reorganising his business and investing in the right equipment, he's gone all in on this rare crab. Jason will spend days in the ocean off Sydney pulling hundreds of metres of rope in, hoping his trap is full of crab.
