Competency - What Does it Mean? Pt I
The Bravo Docket - A podcast by Cesie and Angela - Wednesdays
Categories:
What does it mean to be found competent to stand trial? We are here to explain everything about competency in the context of Tom Girardi. Earlier this year, Tom Girardi was indicted on federal criminal charges in two separate districts. But the cases are at a stand still while the court determines whether Tom Girardi is competent to stand trial. In this first part of a two-part competency discussion we lay the ground work of how we got here in Tom's cases. We cover his conservatorship and lay the legal groundwork for what it means to be found competent, how it works, and how it will work with Tom. As mentioned in the episode, we are hosting a meet-up on Saturday, November 4 at 6pm in Las Vegas, Bravo-Con weekend. Information on how to attend can be found HERE, click me!
