Todays show is the first part of another brilliant conversation, this time with rugby coach Stuart Lancaster.Stuart is currently coaching Leinster Rugby and he’s held leadership, management and coaching positions at many levels of the game including being the former England Rugby head coach. I’ve also worked with Stuart during my time at England Rugby and have coached against him during his time at Leeds and we discuss that time in both our lives later in this show.
