How To Uncover Suppressed Memories

The Art Of Listening To Your Body - A podcast by Jin Ong

This is a good question and although this is something that can happen as part of the process, it is not the intention. People sometimes want to go straight for the hardest stuff. They want the challenge. But this is not the place to start. You have to work out what is your goal is. What will uncovering a suppressed memory do for you? I used to work like this when I was practising my osteo. When someone wanted an x-ray or an ultrasound, what was this going to achieve? I cover how I create awareness around suppressed emotions… but I never try and dig around a forgotten memory. I let that come up if the body feels safe. If you want to explore this more there's just a couple of days left to come and join me on the Release six-week course. This is a group training with an online course platform and live coaching element to teach you: *How to process your emotions (things like the anger, sadness, grief, resentment, hate) *How to work out what emotions are suppressed so that you can process them *How to discover your true nature through interweaving various eastern philosophies and practical knowledge. This is the space for you to learn and put into action practical and fun exercises. You'll be able to ask your questions and receive supportive feedback on this non-linear process! Our first live call is 2nd March 12.30pm NZT (that's March 1st for those of you in USA/Canada/Europe). https://courses.theartoflisteningtoyourbody.com/release I've got two special guest speakers in the psyhchosomatic face reading and Ayurvedic space + you'll get access to a Facebook group to ask your questions whenever they pop up! You'll not only be supported by myself but my lead coach and team of support coaches too.
