High school/college students, those making a transition in the middle of their career, to those who are leaving a role they’ve been in for 20 years are asking themselves the same question:“What am I going to do next?”  To answer that question, it is first important to reflect on the experience you have to understand the skills you’ve developed, as well as diving deep into your interests.
