‘So, 007 is dead.’ ‘Yes, sir. I’m afraid so.’ In June 2018 Don Zuiderman interviewed Anthony Horowitz on his second 007 novel Forever And A Day. This interview was originally conducted for the podcast of James Bond Netherlands, but is now shamelessly re-published for the 00 Files. They talk about the book (obviously), the title and the amount of time and research that goes into writing a James Bond adventure. Horowitz addresses a few sensitive subjects, such as why he thinks James Bond belongs in the 1950’s, Roger Moore was too old to portray the spy and Fleming was utterly brilliant.
