Elle Ferguson: “My body has never looked this good”

You know who went from being someone who didn’t even resemble a runner to our generation/country’s very own Forrest Gump? Influencer, entrepreneur & Elle Effect’s founder Elle Ferguson. Flipping the script on 2020 (something she learnt from Netflix’s Cobrai Kai of all places), Elle turned a fear of treadmills into a way to strengthen her body and mind (and catch up on all seasons of Glee - twice). We sat down with her to find out where she finds the motivation and perseverance to clock in a casual 8km an hour on an incline of 10, what it’s meant for her mental health and, most importantly, HOW this has impacted her hair washing schedule (take note fitness fanatics: dry shampoo is your friend).
