I've just finished my latest flip. 100% Investor funded, yep I've put in £0. Like all my last 15 deals!Being my 16th refurbishment, it was certainly the easiest and most straightforward.... which is saying something if you've followed my IG stories.Here I decide (or do I) between all the agents that visited me to provide valuations.
