Ep005 - DJs should have apprentices #TalkoverPodcast

This week we discuss the NEED for seasoned DJs to take on new DJs as apprentices and teach them the ins and outs of the industry, including how to structure the night, getting experience in the clubs, how to deal with club managers & negotiate with promoters etc etc. We discuss the pros and cons of this concept & talk about whether this is really something that should be implemented, or if it's just a dream concept that will never catch on.
